Calphalon one infused anodized pans bad stick?
I recently bought a 12 "flat-bottom wok try first is a big dissapointment for me .. Trying one egg. It becomes really messy. Each person had a similar experience?
Ahhh ... sticky eggs! I strongly believe that the Calphalon One pan around the pot the best you can find a market. BUT, you still need to use a touch of lubricant such as oil / butter / etc. If you do not like a lot of fat / oil / butter, I will recommend one of the oil misters. Works great! Just spray a little in the Calphalon pan before using it and you'll cook like a dream with no problems sticking eggs. NOTE: After repeated use of Calphalon you can build up a thin layer that causes the item you are stuck. Use a little water, Scotch-Brite pad, and a few friends comet / barkeepers, etc. and scrub away. Pan you will be like NEW again! Check it out on their website. Good luck with your Calphalon, and realized it was really a good pan, you just have to learn habits of childhood. PS Calphalon experienced PANS NOT NEED! THE "SEASONING" is a myth!
