I just bought a game from yahoo and will not open, please help or refund the cost back to my card.?
I just bought Day Dream Wedding, about 30 minutes ago and will not open, I want to keep playing, but if I can not open it I would purchase price refunded to my credit card.
At the bottom of the screen is "to tell us what you think". You can click on it and post the question to Yahoo.Someone there could also provide their customer service email address. If you are unable to contact Yahoo, call your credit card company and ask them to remove the charges.
